This company handcrafts all products using glass and metal beads.  Products pictured on the website are pre-made and available for immediate shipping upon receipt of payment.

Pre-Made vs. Custom Made

Pre-made items are shipment ready while custom made products take longer to be created for you.  Completion time for custom made products will depend on the complexity of the project(s) and/or the availability of materials necessary to complete the project.  The timeframe for completion and delivery will be negotiated prior to acceptance of the project.

Dimensions/measurements for all pre-made items are included in the project description.  Any request to change these measurements/dimensions, color(s) or materials constitutes a custom order.

Custom orders

We love creating new products.  A custom order is defined as any product created from scratch based on a customer’s preferences and include materials, color(s) and size/dimension specifications as well as  any changes that can be made to pre-made items.

All custom made orders require a lengthier processing time, as well as a 50% deposit;  contact us to discuss yours.

PRODUCT CARE

The product(s) you receive are made of glass and metal beads, and care should be taken to prolong the life of your purchase.  

Care for your new product(s) by:

*Do not apply too much pressure to the jewelry.   

* Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.  Store in a closed container when not being worn.

* Do not wear while bathing or swimming.

* Avoid direct and prolonged contact with lotions, oils and cleaners.

SHIPPING

This company ships primarily through USPS.  Pre-made items typically ship within 2-3 days of receipt of payment.  You will receive notification at time of shipment, along with tracking information.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping is free for all orders over $80; expedited and international shipping are also available for a flat fee.  Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time – your product may still be subject to the selected carrier’s package load.

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

MadeByMiqui Jewelry is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.  These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Refunds for pre-made items will be handled on a case-by-case basis – please contact me so we can discuss why the item is being returned.   Any approved item being returned must be returned in the original shipping package, unopened.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.   If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable once completed and shipped.  

Cancellations for pre-made items will be accepted on orders for which payment has been confirmed prior to shipment, and refunded accordingly.  Cancellations on custom made orders received after the start of the project will forfeit the deposit; said deposit will be refunded if and when the custom made order is sold.
